Accessibility Coordinator: Ensures that all festival activities and venues are accessible to everyone. This person should have a deep understanding of disability requirements.
Programming Coordinator: Responsible for curating events, workshops, performances, etc. They work closely with artists, performers, and presenters.
Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator: Manages the promotion of the festival. This includes social media, press releases, partnerships, and other publicity efforts.
Logistics Coordinator: Handles the logistical aspects such as venue booking, transportation, equipment rental, and day-of-event operations.
Volunteer Coordinator: Recruits, trains, and manages volunteers for the festival.
Sponsorship and Fundraising Coordinator: Finds and liaises with potential sponsors, applies for grants, and oversees any fundraising events.
Community Outreach Coordinator: Builds relationships with relevant communities, organizations, and groups to ensure wide participation and attendance.
Safety and Health Coordinator: Ensures the well-being of all attendees by coordinating first aid, safety measures, and adhering to any health protocols.
